M-maybe, Roy Lichtenstein

I got to know the work of Roy Lichtenstein a couple of years ago at the Tate Britain, where they exposed most of his works.

There was one painting in particular that grabbed my attention. It's called M-maybe, and dates from 1965.

To me, it representes the insecurity of women when in an uncertain relationship and the wrong credulity in the lover's true intentions.
